Water is the key to life. You wouldn’t drink poor quality water, no why give it to your plants?
Water quality can make a massive difference to the quality of the food supplied to your favourite plants. Give them the nutrients they need with hydroponic nutrients.
In order to ensure that your plants grow to their fullest and have a large yield, you need to ensure that they are given the right kind of nutrients. Plants need a variety of nutrients to inspire growth. With the exception of a few unique plants (such as carnivorous plants), many of the nutrients a plant needs to grow are absorbed from the soil.
Some people might be unsure what ‘hard water’ is. Essentially it related to the mineral content of the water. They both directly contrast each other. Hard water is typically alkaline, whereas soft water is typically acidic. This by no means suggests you ‘water’ plants that prefer soft water with vinegar. The difference in PH between the two is relatively small; both are around the neutral rate, just slightly alkaline and slightly acidic.
Hydroponic nutrients are available in either Hard or Soft water formulas, which will partially adjust the PH level of your water to suit your plants.
